We are thrilled to begin a commission to restore the historic Parsons Building in downtown Cape Charles, Virginia. The project will provide boutique retail space on the ground floor and 6 modern urban condos on the upper two floors with views of the Chesapeake Bay.

Construction Documents have been issued for Ivy Creek Residence, and Charlottesville’s Peter Johnson Builders has been chosen as the General Contractor. Peter and his son, Gordon, are “architect’s builders” who have crafted numerous modern residences for many of Virginia’s finest architects.
