Austin Texas couple commissions a bespoke urban residence in Richmond

Design has begun for a new urban residence tucked in a narrow lot between Richmond’s Cary Street Road and Grove Avenue. The clients are a couple in Austin, Texas who will be moving to Richmond upon completion of the home.

Lancaster Custom Builder will be the General Contractor for project.
